Open Question: My family is really messed up, and I don't know what to do about it??

I don't even know where to start...my life has been living hell since April 2007. My parents started to battle right around then. I didn't think it was serious until one night in June. Usually it was something little, like money or something (they are HORRIBLE at handling money), but now it was something more serious. I just remember my mom lying on the sofa because she was feeling sick...my dad stormed in...at first I was going to say in a joking way, "wow, you look mad", because that's what we do is joke around, lol. So I decided not to because he looked especially mad. He just said to my mom, "receive up". And she just said "what?" And my dad kicked the sofa probably 2 or 3 feet across the floor and yelled it again. So they started arguing about some questionable pictures he found in her car. Apparently my mom cheated on him, but they were getting a separation and she was extremely depressed...I could understand that. You would have had to been in that household to understand just how depressed she was. It was probably one of the worst fights they've ever been in. We had to go to a hotel overnight...I didn't talk to my dad for days. He did apologize, and I believed he was sorry. He's a very good person and a good dad...I know these things can happen with a man and a lady. I don't hold it against him anymore. Anyway, the fights continued afterwards. I became more and more depressed and anxious. I thought that was the worst it could receive, but I got a call while I was on vacation with my cousin about my parents fighting in the car...my little brother was so upset that he threw up. While every this was happening, my best pal was dating my ex, whom I was in still very much in adore with. So I still had that to worry about. Around September, my dad moved to Florida...after a few months, taking my brother with him (we every agreed on it for different reasons). Me and my mom moved into an apartment by ourselves, and that's when I really started to receive dangerously depressed. I started cutting myself, had suicidal thoughts, was pretty much emotionless and looked close to dead in school...and my mom was out of control. We both needed some nice of therapy, but couldn't afford it because my mom didn't have enough energy anymore to go to work every day. She had a boyfriend and would constantly tell me too much about their relationship. I would end up giving my MOM relationship advice!! After a while, she decided she missed my dad and wanted to go live with him again & start over as a family. I said I would THINK about it, but the next day she sold some of our furniture so we could go. I was upset about it and didn't really want to go, but we did anyway. It every happened in about a day and a half, so I didn't receive to say bye to my best friends or anyone. On top of THAT, I found out more than half of out belongings left in the old home were thrown out by our landlord because my mom never paid the rent and didn't receive every out stuff. I was miserable in Florida, too. Neither of my parents had jobs, so it was a rarity to eat a whole dinner. I could barely go to school because I was too depressed & had a group of girls constantly harassing me. Eventually I wanted to take action of my life and move in with my grandma..I saw no other option, because I was close to killing myself. They every ended up coming back. Now me, my mom and my brother live with my grandparents...my dad live with his parents. My mom is okay now, as well as my dad, but I think I'm still depressed. I stopped cutting, I stopped having suicidal thoughts, and I'm happier than I've been in over a year...but I still feel like I'm trapped in my life, like I'm helpless. I was supposed to receive therapy when I got here, but it never happened because we didn't have insurance OR money. Everyone was too busy getting their lives on track, so they didn't really pay much attention to me or my brother. We're about to start school, but I'm such a wreck I don't think I can handle it. My social anxiety has gotten so much worse over this past year, it's difficult to go to a mall without thinking I'm getting judged by 1/2 of the people that glance at me. I asked my mom about getting a tutor to arrive to our home instead of going to school this year, so I can receive the help I need, but she said no. So I'm going to school. I know I won't be able to continue without a counselor of some sort and my family is some of the hugest procrastinators I've ever seen in my whole life (hence the whole summer going by without a mention of it). What can I do in the meantime to help myself? Sorry I wrote so much, I know that is a MASSIVE amount of reading to do. and i'm 14 years old.

Any ideas? It's Nov 8th thru the 15th. Is now the best time to book or will rates go down? Any experienced travelers know? So I'm a 13 year old African American and I live in Oakville, Ontario. I'll be going to grade 8 in September and every I want to be is an actress. Seriously since forever! Well since I was 6 really, but basically forever. So I did some acting in a theater play, I also did some print work for a Blue Jays magazine a few years back. My parents enrolled me in John Robert Powers and I've had some auditions but I haven't been chosen for anything, in my defense not many people in JRP Toronto have. I also went to the iPOP Vancouver audition and made it. I had the chance to go but I couldn't because my parents said $5000 was too much. Since you have to pay for the flight, hotel, your make-up artist, hair dresser, clothing etc. So basically what I'm asking for is some support, inspiration, open auditions or even really good agencies they have got really good jobs with. I'd prefer a job in Canada but honestly I would travel almost anywhere. My parents on the other hand have money problems but please any info would really, really help!

Resolved Question: Can I sue my landlord for the following situation?

We signed a lease to move in August 25th, we moved every our stuff in August 14-15th. We went out of town the next day. On August 17th we received a call from management saying that a pipe (sewage) from the upstairs broke and ruined every of our kitchen cabinets and living room carpet. We were told that by the time we move in that everything would be fixed and ready to live in. Well the day to move in came around and we look that nothing was fixed, and no one was available to return our call for 3 days leaving us homeless in a hotel for the time being. The apartment had mold rings every over the cabinets, carpet , and was smelling up the entire apartment. We sent them a letter saying that we would like to be compensated for the hotel bill and other expenses. Is there any other legal action we can take for damages?

I am trying to book a vacation for my boyfriend and myself. We have Nov 8th through Nov 15th for vacation. I want to go somewhere warm b/c we are from Michigan. Is Florida the best option as far as cost? If not do you guys have any ideas? If Florida is the best option which city would be the best to visit? Please keep in mind budget is definitely a factor here. We've been together for 4 years and this is our first vacation. Sadly $600 for the flight and hotel is pushing it for us. I would appreciate any input. Thanks. If someone could please help we're supposed to book on Friday, but if you know of a better deal or if you're familiar with flights and hotels for that time of year and think the prices will go down I would really appreciate any insight. Thanks Thanks for the input JSlinder. I checked out the hotel and looked at pictures. The reviews were mixed but they averaged 3 out of 5 stars from other vacationers. Please help me out here guys I was planning on staying in Orlando, but I have priced out some flights and hotels to other cities as well to try and compare, but I didn't know if someone who has traveled more often than I have might know of somewhere that would be a good deal. Yeah I know $600 is quite cheap and I figured that was my best bet, but being on a budget I figured I should at least double check in case I could find better. Thanks for your input though. Also I found some hotels in Daytona that were less than $50 a night with 4 and 5 star guest reviews right on the oceanfront, but I wasn't sure if it'd be warm enough to like the Atlantic ocean side of Florida in November.
